Hello everyone,

On Sunday October 5th we are going to be walking a half marathon around Berkshire as part of a fund raising event for the local MS therapy centre. The centre does great work for people with MS, their families and carers helping them to improve their quality of life, providing beneficial therapies, information and practical support.

Walking a half marathon may not seem such a hard task but given the British weather (looking forward to rain and flooded fields) and the level of orienteering ability of the people involved it will be more challenging than you think.

So please help us to help the centre and wish us well on our little adventure.
