As part of a team of 40, we're running/staggering/shuffling around a half marathon course for our various charities, with Help for Heroes (H4H) been my chosen charity. All proceeds go to help our brave servicemen & women injured during the Iraq and Afghan conflicts,each penny makes a huge difference to those who have sacrificed so much, but ask for so little in return.
