This year's London Marathon is my seventh in seven years and the first since 2005 where I am raising money for charity (I felt I should give my regular sponsors a break!).

This year I am raising money for the Anaphylaxis Campaign which does amazing work raising awareness and lobbying the food industry around the risk from life threatening food allergies.  Our eldest son, Ollie, has a life threatening allergy to nuts and sesame so this is a cause very close to home.
