i am a 57 year old ex soldier  and i just want to do something to raise money to help todays brave young men and women, i have started running again after a break of 11 years and i am running the baildon boundary way half marathon on the 28th of march 2010,this is one of the hardest multi terrian runs in the area, i am getting a lot out of running again and i hope to raise at least £1000 to help others
