Macmillan Cancer Support is a fantastic charity which works with cancer patients to improve their lives. I hope that by running the London Marathon to raise funds for Macmillan I can help them continue their invaluable work.

The inspiration to run for Macmillan came from my Nan, who at 92 years old claims to be too old to run the marathon herself, so I am going to run on her behalf (although I do expect her to be there to cheer me on!) Nan has seen the wonderful things that Macmillan does first hand and if she says they are a very worthwhile recipient for financial support, I for one am not going to argue.

I hope you will be able to support me and help Nan and me raise lots of cash for Macmillan so please be as generous as you can.
