Once again for the fourth year in succession the now infamous Eagle Squadron and I will be pushing ourselves to the limit in order to raise as much money as we can for a worthy cause.  For those of you who have supported me/us in the past you will already be familiar with the CLIC 24 hour event, and if your not then have a look at this link when you get a chance http://www.clic24.org.uk/.  Basically we will be cycling as a team for 24 hours through mud, wind, rain and pain to do as many of the 10 mile off road laps as possible, averaging 7 laps per person that’s 70 miles with only small amounts off sleep in between.
