Thank you all so much for your generous sponsorship.  The extent of the support was really touching and across the three charities you have raised over ₤8000.  This will really help our wounded soldiers on their long road to recovery.

The run went really well and we reached the Cenotaph in just under 2 hours (after a slight pause at the Albert Clock to allow the press to catch up).  I’m back at work now, though I have 2 more operations before I’ll get back to full fitness.  The other wounded from the Royal Irish are doing well and Ranger Allen became the proud father of a baby boy in November.
