I will be riding a gruelling 600 miles over 6 consecutive days for the Nicholls Spinal Injury Foundation in the challenge of a lifetime. I believe this foundation has the best possible opportunity for finding a cure for spinal injuries. Hopefully this will be possible for people like my step father who is the inspiration for me riding in this event. Carl was Paralysed from the neck down after simply riding a bike in a local park, and shows that this injury can happen to anybody no matter how fit and healthy they are!
