Hey People,

Just to let you know that me and the Godbold ( www.justgiving.com/jaygodbold  if you would like to sponser him as well) are doing the London to Brighton bike ride this year to raise money for the British Heart Foundation. Jay and I have decided to just go for it and not treat it as a beer run and get it done in the fastest time possible. We will be starting late (9am) as we are both DJing the night before so won't leave to get down to Brighton until about 2:30am to get the coach back up to London(oh the fun and games!)
