Fundraising for Walk the Walk
Story
Thank you so much for visiting my fundraising page -
I am going to be doing the Edinburgh Moonwalk on 20th June in aid of Breast cancer research.
This began as a personal challenge; hitting 40 this year and pretty unfit - I saw it as a way to force myself to get out and exercise - However, over the past month it has become much more personal as a close family member has been diagnosed with breast cancer and is presently undergoing treatment.
It brought home to me that I shouldn't just be walking - I should also be fundraising properly.
