Hello 

We were looking for a challenge and have decided that a trek up Snowdon is definatley that! On July 03rd 2009 we will be walking up Snowdon come rain or shine (Fingers crossed for the latter!)

For those of you that dont know us we are:

Naveed Mohamed, Teri Ghattas, Chris Morteo, Emma Mathias, John Evans, Daniel Jones, Janine Morgan, Jo Clarke, Dylan Davies, Lee Gainer & Janine Primmer.

Those of you that know us will realise that this will be a challenge for all of us in different ways, so please dig deep and support a very important charity.

Ty Hafan, the family hospice for young lives, based in South Wales, is a very worthwhile charity. They provide a total approach to the care of children who suffer from life limiting conditions. These are conditions for which there is no reasonable hope of cure and from which children or young people will die before they reach adulthood. They are there for families as soon as their child is diagnosed and will be there to help in practical and emotional ways right through end of life and afterwards during bereavement. Parents need not feel alone.

To provide their unique service they need to raise £2.5 Million every year...
