Story

On June 18th Alice and I will be taking up the challenge of climbing the three highest peaks in the UK within 24 hours to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital in memory of a very special little boy. Our friends Emma and Dave will be taking up their own challenge of driving us between the peaks on a 462 mile trip!

Stanley was a beautiful smiley boy who passed away in July 2012 at the age of 18 months after his third heart operation at Great Ormond Street Hospital. In his short life he brought huge joy and countless smiles to everyone he met despite all that he endured.

In his memory the Stanley McLean Brighter Futures Fund was setup by Stan's parents, Debbie and Brad, to say thank you to GOSH for everything they did which allowed them to have an amazing 18 months with their special little boy. The money that is being raised in Stan's memory will ensure that other families will have the same opportunity and support that they did.

Please dig deep and help to continue the amazing work that GOSH do so that other families are able to have the same opportunity as Debbie and Brad and their beautiful little boy.
