We are transforming lives with solar lights to help both people and the planet.

Story

An intrepid, if somewhat foolhardy, group of Solarcenturians are joining together to tackle the Tour of Britain.

Two groups of "Solar-Rollers" are taking part. The first group will be riding the Challenge course of 80km while the second will be taking on the full Pro course of 161km. Both rides takes place on the 26th September and cover the same route the professionals will have cycled a week earlier, with full motorcycle marshalling, mechanical support and food stops.

Our charities

The Solar-Rollers are raising money for two very worthy charities:

The first is The Prostate Cancer Charity www.prostate-cancer.org.uk. To make a donation follow this link to the Solar-Rollers team page: www.prostatecancercharity.org.uk/TeamPage.aspx?teamID=38700&langPref=en-CA

Our second chosen charity is SolarAid www.solar-aid.org. To donate to SolarAid please use the "Donate Now" button below.
We are hoping to raise equal amounts for each charity, so please have a look at both pages and donate to which ever needs to catch up!
