June 19 sees the eighth running of the annual Solent Coasts Cycling Challenge staged over 67 miles of Hampshire, the New Forest and the Isle of Wight. It takes in six ferry journeys and c.3,200ft of climb on a self guided route that is a mix of road and bridlepaths. Its an excellent event and aids a very worthy charity in the form of Hope & Aid Direct.
