We support people to help rebuild lives after stroke.

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Stroke Association gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
I am taking part in The Great Warwick Jump, a fundraising event, that this year raised £20,000. In 2009 we want to raise £50,000! For me to take part I need to raise £300 so please sponsor me now!
I have chosen to raise money for The Stroke Association, earlier this year my dad suffered a stroke and it was an incredibly difficult and upsetting time. He is now on his way to a full recovery thanks to care, physio, education and the sheer desire to cook a meal for himself again! I also recently learned that my sixth form drama teacher has suffered a stroke and I would love to show her my support. The Stroke association focus on reducing the number of strokes suffered through research and health education plus they provide support and information to families affected by strokes, so this really means a lot to me.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my page, and please donate! Sophia xxx
