Story

Hello friends!

Thank you for visiting my marathon fundraising page. Yes once again I'm running the London Marathon in support of Action for Blind People.  They are a small charity with only ten runners in the marathon so i feel especially responsible to bring in the target fundraising amount.  Please dig deep and sponsor me online.

I am running this year in honour of my mom, Jane, who recently had major eye surgery so cannot run this year.  I have promised her that if I reach the charity's fundraising target of £1600 I will dress up in a similar fairy outfit to the one you see Mom wearing in the photo above left.

If you are in London on marathon day (April 22nd 2007), please come along to watch then join us afterwards for the legendary champagne celebration.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Action for Blind People will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many many thanks for your support.

love and 42 kilometres,

Sophie

xoxo
