This year we are asking all our friends and supporters in the local area to Say it with Sparkle this Christmas. Why not use this donation page to leave a special festive message for your loved ones or colleagues and make a donation to Saint Michael's? Not only will you be sending your greetings in a more environmentally friendly way and saving on the money you usually spend on individual cards, you will be helping to make a real difference to someone locally who is living with terminal illness and bereavement.
Saint Michael's currently cares for over 1700 people annually in Harrogate, Ripon, Pateley Bridge, Knaresborough, Boroughbridge and the surrounding areas. We offer our specialist care and support at absolutely no cost to those who need it and we extend our care to their families also, in what can be a most difficult time. Saint Michael's ensures that no one in our community must face terminal illness and bereavement alone.
It will cost £2.5 million in 2009 for us to continue our current level of services and over 80 per cent of this figure must be raised through voluntary donations and the wonderful fundraising of our supporters in the local community.
By joining in our Sparkle for Saint Michael's campaign, your small efforts can make a big difference to someone whom we will care for over the Christmas period.
