Hi pumpkins,

In June, I and a group of splendid chaps will be cycling from Geneva to Avignon in five days. That's 700km across some of the best and most arduous climbs in Europe. Alpe D'Huez, Galibier and the infamous Ventoux are all on the agenda. In the process I will be raising money for the Cleft Lip & Palate Association - a charity I have a personal fondness for as my littlest boy WIlliam was born with a cleft lip and palate six years ago. CLAPA have been ace.
