This justgiving page is for those people who are unable to attend the Sparkling Spring Ball but would still like to support the work of Crohn's & Colitis UK.

Prestonfield's sparkling Spring Ball on Saturday 24 March 2012 will support the important work of Crohn's and Colitis UK.

Join us for an evening of springtime fun in the incomparable setting of Prestonfield's Stables ballroom. Enjoy a welcome drink on arrival, a delicious three-course dinner packed with seasonal ingredients and a half bottle of wine all included within the price of just £70 per guest.

Beetroot-cured salmon, horseradish cream and Waldorf salad

St Bride's free-range chicken with Spring cabbage, kohlrabi, hazelnut paste, roast potatoes and Amontillado jus

New season Yorkshire rhubarb surprise pudding

Coffee and petit fours

Radio DJ Boogie will be our host and DJ and the evening will contain some lively surprise entertainment too!

Crohn’s and Colitis UK is the new name for The National Association for Colitis and Crohn’s Disease (NACC). Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis often start in teenagers and young adults and last a lifetime. The Charity provides support to those affected and raises funds for research into a cure.
