"It was a cool sunny morning in St Albans on Sunday 21st September. Most of the nation were still asleep but your dedicated Team were donning lycra, stretching and warming stiff limbs. On arriving at Canons Health Centre, racking the bikes in the transition area it was time to register and attend the team briefing."

Our mission was simple...

              Swim 400m, Bike 20km and Run 5km

One hour 30 minutes later, we were exhausted, ecstatic and draped in medals and kisses!!! Our times/positions were as follows:

Karen: Total time 01:16:43 1st Place 31-40F
Lucy: Total time 01:24:52
James: Total time 01:07:14
Ed: Total time 01:06:55

148 people took part and raised over £150,000. A MASSIVE THANKYOU to you all for all your support and we really couldn't have done it without you. We have also uploaded some of the race day photos on the website.
