Aim for Change is a small but very effective charity, which has managed 100's of small projects in Uganda and Pakistan.  They are making a real difference to communities in these countries in many ways. 

I personally have been out to Uganda for 3 weeks filming the work of the charity and it was for me a real eye opener.  You don't hear in the media how many people die from malaria or malnutrition in Africa and you would be alarmed if you knew!
