My Dad, Neil, sadly passed away quietly in his sleep on 1st May 2010 at the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice, and I'd like to raise money for the Hospice in his memory.

Therefore, on Sunday 11^th July, I will be taking part in the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Summer Cycle event, riding the 45 mile route, in order to raise money for the Hospice, which is in Farnham.

So please dig deep and donate now to help me raise money for this really worthwhile charity,
which is now even closer to my heart.

I completed the ride this morning - 45 miles in 3 hours and 13 minutes, which I'm quite pleased with.
I was hoping to complete it in 3 hours but there were more hills that I would have liked :-)

Thanks to everyone who has donated so far, which has already allowed me to exceed my £500 target!!
