I'm helping to raise money and awareness for Ataxia UK, who do great things for people with ataxia. There are over 10,000 people in the UK who have a form of ataxia, and my old mate Tim is one them.

I wrote a song called "Steady" to help raise awareness of the cause and will be performing this song (and others!) as I gig from one end of Hadrian's wall to the other, walking between the gigs - I shall need some sturdy boots!
