Its time for a challenge.......................

In August 2010 I will be cycling from John O'Groats to Lands end. I will be doing this with Spoon Challenge charity and we will be raising money for mentally, physically and socially disadvantaged children, young people and their families.

We will leave John O'Groats on Saturday the 21st of August and cycle 863 miles until we reach Lands end on Saturday 28th of August.

We will cycle an average of 107 miles everyday for 8 days.

Please sponsor me even if its only a few pounds as every little will add up and make a difference.
