On Saturday 6 June 2009, I will be taking part in the sprint distance at the Blenheim Triathlon - just 750m swim in the lake, 20km bike and 5km run - easy!!

Aside from the personal challenge I am also using the event to raise money for Southampton Hospital Charity's Red & White Appeal.  This £2.2 million appeal is set to create a transplant centre of choice for patients with leukemia and other blood disorders from Hampshire, Dorest, West Sussex, Wiltshire, the Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands.  (www.suht.nhs.uk/charity)
