Hello everyone and thanks for visiting my page!

I completed my first triathlon in June and have now decided to take part in my second of the season; the London Triathlon and this time I'm going to do it for reasons other than personal glory.

I'm going to do it to raise money for a very worth cause, the Macmillan Cancer Support, who work hard to improve the lives of people affected by cancer.

The London Triathlon takes place on Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 August with my race happening on the Saturday with around 5,000 competitors! The race covers a 750m swim, 20km bike ride and a 5km run. I'm aiming to beat my previous time and finish in under 1hr 30mins (I know what you're thinking - blimey!)

So please dig as deep as you can and help me raise as much as we can.
