Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our page.

We're supporting Stockdales once again but this time over a slightly longer distance. This is the first half marathon for some of the team, just a training run for others. Unfortunately injuries have forced some to pull out but nevertheless we're all pulling together to raise as much as we can.

Hew Wall lived at Stockdales until Christmas 2003 when he suddenly and very sadly died at the age of 24. We miss him terribly but take comfort from knowing Stockdales provided a wonderful home for him. They continue to provide a loving home for children and adults with the most profound disabilites, enabling them to fulfil their potential and have great fun along the way. All the people associated with Stockdales know what great work they do and how expensive their very special type of care is. We really hope you can support this cause which is so very close to our hearts, and invite you to visit their website if you would like to learn more.

Thanks for your support.
