Team Penguin have decided to do the world's only mid-winter mountain bike endurance race, 24 hours to be exact! It's on 19th and 20th January 2008, in Inverness! We have been in training for a few weeks but still have a lot to do. We will suffer -10 degree temperatures, blizzards and bad cooking from Beck to keep us alive so please, please dig deep and give whatever you can! It's all for a blooming good cause!

As many of you know Rebekah has been diagnosed with Crohn's Disease and has struggled for months to try and beat it! She's finally in remission but we wanted to do something to raise money for the charity that will hopefully one day find a cure or a way to prevent this awful life-long disease.
