Story

Street Action is a small UK charity supporting street children in South Africa and Burundi.

On Saturday November 18 the Grateful Dads with Charlotte de Paeztron and guests Eric Venezuela and friends put on a fund-raising evening of music at Calthorpe Cricket Club, in Crouch End, and what a great night is was!  Director Joe Walker told us about the work of Street Action, we had some yummy food and the whole place was dancing until late.

If you couldn't come, its not too late to make a donation through this page!

We have made our target of £1000 - £590 on the door, £148 from the raffle, a donation of £50 from Susie Turner and below you can see the names of people who donated more than £200 on-line.

On behalf of street children in South Africa and Burundi, thank you to the Calthorpe and everyone who gave time and money so generously- what a joyful way to support a great cause!

If you haven't donated through justgiving.com before, its really easy.  You can donate with credit or debit cards from anywhere in the world - so send us you euros, dollars, yen, roubles, whatever you like, and if you are a UK taxpayer we will get a bit of your tax back from the government as Gift-aid.
