ONE DAY..... probably a monday, feeling refreshed after a long weekend, an email dropped into our inboxes to ask for volunteers to run the 10k London race.

In a moment of madness the three of us signed up to run in aid of Merlins Magic Wand Charity.  As word got round that we had taken up the challenge the comments from friends, family, and colleagues started to fly.......

David " Your always rushing about and full of energy, a 10k run will be a walk in the park for you"

Aimee " You have already run a marathon"

And Justin " You keep moral at the studios high day after day and then have the stamina to perform on stage for a whole night working the crowd"

Yes, we said but the problem with running a 10k is people expect you to run it all and run it fast.

 

The 3 of us have our own personal goals for the run:- weight loss, a good finish time, beating each other or all three   but most importantly we'll be thinking of the money we can raise to carry us each step of the way!
