My dad died in October last year from a pulmonary embolism caused by a deep vein thrombosis. With this in mind I'm raising money for Lifeblood: The Thrombosis Charity by running the BUPA Great Manchester 10K on the 20th of May and then Mont St Michel marathon in France on the 9th of June. Please give anything you can afford.
