Over the weekend of the 25th/26th of July I am taking part in the 'Beat The Moon Challenge' to raise monies for our two nominated charities - Action for Children and Mencap.

The challenge involves 20 miles of cycling, 9 miles of trekking Scafell Pike, Canoeing across Wast Water and running for 1 mile to the finish line before the Moon comes up. Monies raised from this event will go to Travis Perkins nominated charities, Action for Children and Mencap. Both charities need your support to continue the vital work that they do.

Whilst I know you are constanstly asked for money for so many good causes, I really would appreciate you digging deep to help me help others. Thank you so much in advance for anything you choose to give, I do appreciate your support.
