In November this year I will be spending ten days cycling 700km in Vietnam  to raise money for the Devon Air Ambulance,  the temperature will apparently be around 26c and very humid,  just like our summers  (not)  so the training will really prepare me for this climate !!!!. 

 No seriously short  of dragging my exercise bike into the bathroom with the heating full on,  windows shut and shower running (Hmmmm now there's an idea) I am not going to be able to experience the draining effect of the climate, that is why I am out everyday on my bike training as I feel that my only option is to get as fit as I possibly can.

Anyway thanks for taking the time to look at my website and if you could just exercise those fingers on the key board to donate some money I would be really grateful.
