This will be my fourth London Marathon for Guide Dogs, you would have thought I would have learnt the first time. It is worth all the pain though to drag your body through the finishing line at 26.2 miles with the knowledge you have helped others by raising money.  So come on everyone just a couple of pounds is all we are after, just think of it as all that money you are saving now that Mr Brown has cut VAT .....don't give it to the high street retailers give it to GDBA.
