I'm doing my first ever triathlon in memory of my lovely Dad who died two years ago. The charity I have chosen is Sportsaid http://www.sportsaid.org.uk/about . This charity would have been close to his heart as he was passionate about giving young people the opportunity to participate and excel in sport.
