I have decided to take it upon myself to raise money for Yorkshire Air Ambulance, through the Chairman of Craven District Council's Good Causes Swim Challenge 2008.

The swimming will take place at Skipton Swimming Pool.

The challenge for me is to swim one of the following -

Bronze - 6 Miles (382 Lengths)
Silver - 12 Miles (768 Lengths)
Gold - 24 Miles (1536 Lengths)
Platinum - 32 Miles (2048 Lengths)

I am 'Going for Gold' and therefore I need to do 24 miles before the end of March 2008.

29/01/2008 - So far I have done 252 lengths so only 1284 to go!!

01/02/2008 - 60 more done, so only 1224 left!!!

03/02/2008 - only 1164 left!!

05/02/08 - only 1100 left

06/02/08 - Only 1030 left

13/02/08 - 980 to go!

18.02.08 - 900 to go

19.02.08 - 830 to go

20.02.08 - 780 to go!!!!

21.02.08 - 730 to go!

25.02.08 - 680 left!

26.02.08 - 620 left!

29.02.08 - 570 left!

05.03.08 - 520 left!

19.03.08 - 212 left!

28.03.08 - COMPLETE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
