The Swinton team are taking part in Run 10K events across the country in order to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Many of us have never run a 10K before, so this is quite a challenge! But we are training hard, and with the running machine Neil Thompson to lead us, we're confident of success!

We are putting ourselves through all this to support the life-saving work of Cancer Research UK. 1 in 3 people will be affected by cancer at some point in their lives. Chances of surviving cancer have doubled in the last 40 years, thanks to the work of scientists such as those funded by Cancer Research UK. With your help, they can continue this incredible work.
