Thanks for visiting my fundraising page for the Water Babies Splashathon 2009!

During one week in July, Water Babies will be running a ‘Splashathon’ across all their classes to help raise £100,000 for the Tommy’s charity, which exists solely to help babies and their parents: 1 in 4 women will experience a miscarriage; 3,500 babies are stillborn annually; and 50,000 babies are born premature each year. The money raised will help Tommy’s continue to do their amazing work, funding medical research and providing information for pregnant women.

Tazmin’s splashathon challenge is to swim solo underwater!!!

Tazmin will be doing her first ever fund raising activity, swimming under water with no hands from mum, dad or anyone else!!!!

Message from Tazmin……

‘I have decided to go for my first underwater SOLO swim and would really love it if you could sponsor me for it. I have been underwater with mummy holding me, but this will be the first time on my own and I am very excited about it!!!!!! Please please sponsor me and help me raise as much money as possible for this Tommy’s to help mummy’s and babies that are not as lucky as me, my mummy and all us healthy people.
