Story

This year Citizens Advice Cheadle is turning 50 years old!

This is a massive achievement and moment for the history of Citizens Advice in Cheadle, Staffordshire. We have been supporting clients with free independent, confidential and impartial advice throughout our history in a number of areas including; debt, benefits, consumer, immigration, family and housing. As a charity with the majority of work done by volunteers, we don't only provide advice but we also campaign on big issues that affect people’s lives with a view to improve our client's path. Our goal is to help everyone find a way forward whatever the problem they face.

As part of our year of celebrations, a team of volunteers, employees and trustees will be walking Snowdon to fundraise money to continue to offer our excellent service to both our local Staffordshire Moorlands clients and nationally.

The walk will be taking place on the 18th September 2021 walking the 6 hour journey up the mountain, it will be a unique, physical and mental challenge for our team to complete but we are all very motivated and excited to raise money for our beloved local charity.

We would like to thank you in advance for donating. Once you have donated your money will come directly to Citizens Advice Cheadle and we can assure you that it will be used well to continue to offer support to our clients.
