31 days, 310k steps in May!

Starting on 1st May, the Sourcing City and Promotional Office teams will be joining the thousands taking on 310,000 steps in 31 days to help bring conversations about young peoples mental health out in the open, and we welcome you to walk with us.

It takes courage to ask for help. But for many young people who do, the support they need just isn't there.

Things can get better. YoungMinds believe every young person should get the mental health support they need, when they need it, no matter what.
