We are all running the Bath Half Marathon on Sunday 7th March (think of us whilst you're tucking into your Sunday morning fry-up) in aid of the fantastic cause - Help For Heroes! 

With Afghanistan and Iraq regularly leading the headlines we felt it was time to do something in support of those risking their lives on our behalf (well Simon and Nathan didn't really get much choice - they were plied with alcohol and then made to agree to run with us!)... we therefore decided to get off the sofa and pack in the takeaways to do something practical to support!
