Team Ab Flab are taking a breather from training for London 2012 and are tackling the First Monster Duathlon again. We will run and cycle aroung the 120km circumference of Loch Ness through wind, rain and midges.

This year we are doing it in aid of Cancer Research, a charity close to all of our hearts. This charity has helped the survival rate from cancer more than double in the last thirty years and we want to help this continue.
