<p>We are taking a visit to the Air Ambulance base at RAF Benson to see first hand, what we are raising money for!! We would like to thank everyone who has donated so far!</p>

<p>Well we survived our first run, but 13.1 miles seems a long way at the moment.</p>
<p>We are going out on a team run on Monday after work. What have we let ourselves in for!!!</p>
