The Thames Valley & Chiltern Air Ambulance Trust provides a life saving service for the counties of Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire (BOB). The Trust is a charity which receives no funding from central Government or the National Lottery to meet its £2.8 million annual running costs.

We are taking a visit to the Air Ambulance base at RAF Benson to see first hand, what we are raising money for!! We would like to thank everyone who has donated so far!

Well we survived our first run, but 13.1 miles seems a long way at the moment.

We are going out on a team run on Monday after work. What have we let ourselves in for!!!

We are going to be running the Reading Half Marathon on the 1st April (if only it was an April Fool's!!) on behalf of Thames Valley & Chiltern Air Ambulance. Please show your support for the charity by sponsoring us to complete this challenge.
