In memory of Matt, and to show our gratitude for everything Karen Pope and Katharine House Hospice did for Matt in his last weeks, Rachel, Jason, Tim, Jemma, Theo and I will be proudly wearing our santa suits and slip sliding our way around the Spice Ball Park.  (Where Matt would walk Syra.)

Matt didn't want for anything in his last days.  He was surrounded by love from family and friends and he had round the clock care organised by the wonderful Karen.  The care was flawless, we couldn't have asked for more.  Thank you.
