Team Gavlar are taking part in a charity rally around Europe this year to raise money for SPARKS. This involves driving around Europe for four days, attempting to complete 3000 miles. Unfortunately, no luxury is allowed, the car cannot cost more than £500. So dig deep, please give all you can to such a fantastic cause. Sparks is a leading children’s medical research charity trying to help with some of the following statistics. Of the 700,000 babies born each year in England and Wales, 5,400 will survive the first week of life; a further 3,100 don’t live to see their first birthday. See more at www.sparks.org.uk.
