Sarah Widdicks, Andrew Kirby, Cara Byam & Michael Bowora are all taking part in the Nike Run To The Beat London Half Marathon on Sunday 25th September which is going to be a major challenge for all of us! We are currently training 4-5 times a week so you may see us jogging around Newhall, Church Langley & Harlow - if so give us a wave!

We have chosen to support a local charity to us - Young Concern Trust - who are based in Harlow. YCT support young people across Essex & Herts by providing one-to-one counselling, support groups & projects relevant to young lives.
