The Carolthon is a running and carolling caper for community health. This December 15th, a team of runners and a team of musicians will be travelling a 26 mile route around London and stopping off en route to perform carol concerts around the capital.
Please support us - the money you give will help fund Chapel St create community health services that make a real difference in deprived areas.
We want to tackle the broader issues that can affect people's health in challenged communities.
Through our health hub programme, our goal is to extend the reach of health provision more deeply in to community life.
From dad's and lads groups, mentoring for mums, debt counselling or care for drug and alcohol users, your support helps us open doors of change in community health.
By supporting our Carolthon, you help to make services like this a reality and enable us to reach out more effectively to vulnerable young families, the isolated elderly and other marginalised people in deprived areas.
