Through snow, wind and rain there are five Team Spirit athletes training hard up in The Pennines ready to take on the Bupa 10K in Manchester on the 16th May.

These fitness fanatics are pushing the limits to beat their personal bests (not hard for some!) to raise as much cash as possible for Christies Hospital.

Ian, Paul, Nick, Alex and Paul need your help to reach their goal and the finish line. So please dig deep and give all you can for Team Spirit's charity of the year, Christies.
