About our charity : Derian House Childrens Hospice Derian House Childrens Hospice
Providing specialist care and support for children with a terminal or life threatening illness. The hospice is open 365 days a year offering support to children and their families, yet as a charity only receives statutory funding for just 5 weeks. With more than £1.7 million needed each year it remains almost totally reliant on voluntary funding.

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor us online.

On July 13th 2008, the three of us will be starting a cycle tour from Bury to both its twin towns in France - Tulle and Angouleme. We have the backing of Bury Metro Community Twinning Association. Setting off from Bury Town Hall we cycle across to Hull to board the ferry to Zeebrugge. We then ride through Belgium and into France arriving in Tulle (in the Correze department) after eight days of cycling.  We stay as guests of Tulle cyclists for two nights prior to cycling for another two days to Angouleme.  The total distance we will be riding is 752 miles (1210km).
