In 2010, after 10 years of charging, Team Zero Footprint (formerly Team 25) expanded it mission and increased its challenge to be the forst rhino charge competitor with a zero carbon footprint. In commitment to the climate cause, we dropped '25' and now compete with the number '0'!

We believe a zero carbon footprint is everyone's responsibility and we invite you to join our cause. Our team has always been defined not merely as the guys in the car but of all or our supporters. By supporting Team Zero Footprint, you are joining Team Zero Footprint.

Our Mission

To zero the carbon footprint of the entire Rhino Charge event.
The team will zero our footprint by solar powering the camp and reducing our energy usage. We also
intend to plant enough trees to zero out all emissions created in the 2011 Rhino Charge.

How You Can Support the Team

As an individual or corporate entity, you can support Team Zero Footprint in a number of ways:
Direct donation support to Rhino Ark from our entry can be given directly or on line:

or send a local cheque to Rhino Ark Trust referencing Team Zero Footprint.

Buy Carbon Offsets.Team Zero Footprint charges USD 25 or Kshs 2000 per tree we plant for you.
You can either use the trees to offset your personal or business footprint or simply help fund the offset of the Rhino Charge event.

Purchase of Rhino Ark Raffle Tickets from our team members. Each ticket costs Kshs 2,000.

You can also support Team Zero Footprint by supporting and attending our ‘green events’ to
reduce the Team’s carbon footprint in the charge. More to come on these events!
